Using STAAZY
STAAZY helps you discover verified PGs and match with compatible flatmates. Browsing is free and open to everyone — no account needed to search or view listings.
Listings & verification
We verify owners and listings in good faith, but you should confirm details directly with the owner before paying any amount. Prices shown are indicative and may vary.
Zero brokerage
STAAZY charges no brokerage to tenants. Any payments for rent or deposit are made directly between you and the PG owner.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure. Don't misuse the platform or post false information.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
